SHOW YOU'RE MAKING A DIFFERENCE
This is a programme of training, mentoring and support in evaluation and reporting. It can help you to demonstrate the valuable impact of your organisation’s work to the people that fund it. It’s specifically designed for third sector organisations that deliver services for public sector organisations.
The training and mentoring is free but only a limited number of places are available so please APPLY NOW. The programme, running from October 2011 to June 2012, includes
- Three master classes in practical evaluation techniques
- Three individual mentoring sessions with each organisation
- Ongoing email and telephone support
- A workshop for peer review of draft reports and sharing learning.
At the end of the programme your organisation will have:
- A good understanding of outcomes-focused delivery and evaluation Evidence-based monitoring systems
- Increased confidence in engaging with public sector commissioners
- A professionally designed impact report that can be used for promotion to funders
- A dissemination strategy.

Selection criteria
You must be:
- A third sector organisation (ie charity, social enterprise, co-operative, community organisation)
- Incorporated (ie a company, IPS etc)
- Based in the North East region.
You will need to demonstrate that you:
- Can provide a service that will enhance public sector provision
- Make a difference to the lives of individuals, groups or communities
- Have the capacity to commit to the SHOW YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE programme.
