WEA launches Save Adult Education petition
In response to possible government spending cuts to adult education funding, the Workers' Education Association, alongside several other adult education organisations, has launched an online petition against cuts in adult learning,
Cuts in adult education could mean drastic reductions in the number of courses organisations like WEA can provide, and will likely man the closure of some providers and increases in fees for students.
WEA's campaign page outlines ways to get involved, including information on writing to local MP's and signing the Save Adult Education petition.
The petition has attracted 2600 signatures to date. Follow the link below to pledge your support.
