Places for Everyone website launched
Partners One North East, PNE Development, Pentagon Partnership, DTA and Mosedale Gillatt Architects are pleased to announce the launch of the new website that will accompany their capital development programme Places for Everyone.
The programme is designed to help Third Sector organisations to explore and progress their capital development plans, providing organsations will a fuller understanding of the process from initial need identification to ensuring longer term sustainability. The programme costs just £50+VAT to join and organisations will be supported to consider the viability of their plans, and have the opportunity to build networks with organisations in similar positions.
The accompanying website provides a range of comprehensive information, guidance and advice on all areas of the capital development process, and details of the Places for Everyone programme itself, including:
- Workshops - Places for Everyone workshop outline and details of forthcoming workshops
- Resources and Funding - a comprehensive list of those providing funding and support to Third Sector organisations wishing to progress with capital development plans, including details of the Places or Everyone Feasibility Fund
- Support - details of the one-to-one consultancy support provided by the Places for Everyone, which includes and includes an initial diagnositc to ensure the feasibility of the capital development project, plan strategies and define key actions
- Bank of Expertise - featuring details of professional support services from architects to law firms, from surveyors to mentors, and a search by 'area of expertise' facility
- Case Studies - featured case studies of successful Third Sector capital development projects, including details of funding received, design briefs and lessons learned during the process
