NESEP and Social Enterprise Northumberland network meeting
Following the successful North East Social Enterprise Partnership/Social Enterprise Partnership meeting last December, the two organisations will hold a follow-up network meeting on 3 June at Morpeth Town Hall.
The half-day network meeting, aimed at Northumberland based social enterprises and voluntary and community organisations, will focus on the topic of how the third sector can seek to win public sector contracts with a particular emphasis on:
- Identifying issues for the sector in obtaining contracts
- Exploring issues for the sector
- Identifying the key barriers for the sector
- Identifying waht support may be needed
- Identifying solutions
Discussion and feedback from the meeting will be taken forward to a high level forum of key commissioners of services in Northumberland County at a meeting taking place later in June - making the meeting an excellent opportunity to have your views and issues raised and taken forward.
