Gain ILM accredited leadership qualifications
Striding out, community interest company and leading provider of leadership, business and career coaching, is offering individuals and organisations a range of competitively priced ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited courses.
ILM offers a wide range of specialist qualifications to equip individuals with leadership and management skills and the knowledge to effectively perform and develop in their roles. Part of the national Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), ILM qualifications are flexible programmes designed to cater for every leadership and management need.
Striding out will be delivering a number of ILM courses throughout June and July. The courses, below, can be run for individuals and can also be delivered in-house to organisations for up to 10 colleagues:
ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Skills (£695 per person) - three days of workshops over a period of three weeks
ILM Level 2 Award in Effective Team Member Skills (£395 per person) - two days of workshops over a period of two weeks
ILM Level 2 Award in Mentroing for Young Learners (£525 per person) - three days of workshops over a period of three weeks and three hours of supervision per person
