Event ULO Business Training - Northumberland

The North East Improvement and Effiency Partnership (NEIEP) in conjunction with the North East Association of Directors of Adult Services (NE ADASS) and the Regional Director of Social Care and Partnerships (DRD) have collaborated to commission SES (Social Enterprise Sunderland) to deliver business support and training to both established and aspiring ULO's (User Led Organisations) in the region.

ULO's are very important to the promotion and take up of self-directed support and the empowerment of older and disabled people and through their ULO Business Training Sessions, SES want to see ULO's working in partnership with commissioners to meet the value base, core principles and some of the targets outlined in the Putting People First paper as well as the national work developing around the Right to Control.
