The North East Social Enterprise Partnership AGM 2010
The North East Social Enterprise Partnership will hold its Annual General Meeting on Friday 12 February 2010 at 1:30pm at the Middlesbrough Teaching and Learning Centre.
This is your chance to have your say in how the North East Social Enterprise Partnership is run and an opportunity to see the progress we have made since the last AGM.
Our members also have the opportunity to be directly involved in the running of the North East Social Enterprise Partnership by nominating themselves to the Board.
There are currently 3 vacancies on the Board for 1 Social Enterprise and 2 Associate Board members. If you are interested in becoming a Board member, or would like to nominate a colleague, please email harmitage@nesep.co.uk or phone 0191 427 2150 to request a nomination form. The completed form should be returned via email by 5 February 2010 with a short biography (a paragraph or two) detailing your, or your nominated colleague’s, background and experience.
If you would like further information about Board membership, please call 0191 427 2150 to speak to Karen Wood (Chief Executive) about the role. A list of nominees will be emailed to members on 5 February for their consideration.
If a member is unable to attend the AGM they have the option of appointing a representative or proxy to cast a vote on their behalf. If a member wishes to do so they must provide written authorisation. Please email harmitage@nesep.co.uk of phone 0191 427 2150 to request an Authorisation form.
