Social enterprise development programme
Business Link are hosting a number of free workshops as part of their Built to Achieve social enterprise development programme. Each three-hour workshop is aimed at providing social enterprises, charities, community/voluntary groups, co-operatives and community interest companies with the practical business skills needed to develop their organization. Each workshop will focus a key subject area such as Business Planning, Sales, Marketing and Promotion and Commissioning and Winning Contracts. The remaining workshops taking place over November are as follows:

Managing Costs Wednesday 11th November 2009, 1:30pm - 4:30pm, Novus Business Centre, Peterlee
Organisation Management Thursday 19th November 2009, 9:30am - 12:30pm, United Business Centre, Cramlington
Building a Winning Management Team Friday 20th November 2009, 9:30am - 12:30pm, United Business Centre, Cramlington
