Innovation Action Training
As part of its Innovation Programme NCVO (National Council for Voluntary Organisations) is hosting a training event designed to support those who wish to bring about effective change in their organisation through innovation. Innovation can improve an organisations effectiveness, providing a competitive edge when resources may be limited. This intensive and interactive training event, led by industry experts, will explore new methods of ideas generation, giving delegates the practical skills needed to become innovative.
The training event will take place over two days. Delegates can choose to attend both days or a single day. Each day will consist of two in depth workshops and a question time and pitching session. The workshops will explore the following:
- Diagnostics
- User Centred Design
- Service Innovation - looking at other sectors for inspiration
- Open Innovation and Crowd Sourcing
The cost per day of the event is £161 for NCVO members and £230 for non members with a 20% discount for the full two days. Delegates will also recieve the following extras:
- a free copy of NCVO's 'Innovation Matters' guide
- access to an online 'Ask the Experts' discussion group
