Enterprising Charities (Boldon)

Enterprising Charities events aim to help Tyne and Wear's third sector consider social enterprise and trading as a sustainable way to generate unrestricted income. Interested organisations will be referred to work with Pentagon Partnership's partners, SES, who will help them develop their enterprise ideas.

The events will feature:

  • An introduction to social enterprise and trading and its relation to th vountary and community sector
  • Information about the legal intracacies of developing enterprise - when and why to establish a trading arm, and the legal and tax implications of trading for income
  • An outline of the free support on offer from SES to help you develop your enterprise ideas
