More about membership

The North East Social Enterprise Partnership is owned and controlled by its members. There are two categories of membership:

• Social Enterprise Members which includes those who trade as a social enterprise and are not under the control of another corporate body or statutory agency
• Associate Members which includes individuals, public bodies, statutory agencies and others not eligible to be Social Enterprise Members.

All members may propose resolutions, speak and vote at general meetings. When you create your online profile you will become eligible for free membership of the North East Social Enterprise Partnership. We’ll check your profile and place you in the appropriate membership category. We will contact you whenever there are general meetings, ballots or other things relating to the democratic management of the North East Social Enterprise Partnership.
